Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of www.oldmillbath.co.uk. Old Mill Hotel may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Modifications

It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option, then it is free to cancel providing you cancel at least 2 days prior to 14:00 pm (GMT or BST) on the date of arrival. Failure to do so or in the event of a NO SHOW will result in a penalty equal to the total booking amount being taken from the provided credit / debit card (unless otherwise specified in the individual room policy, in which case the room policy will apply).

Check In / Check Out

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.
Check in from: 15:00 GMT
Check out by: 11:00 GMT

Booking for 3 or more rooms

Any booking for 3 or more rooms will be subject to our group policy which requires notice 21 days prior to arrival for cancellation, otherwise charges will apply. Please contact us for more information.
