Main Courses
Roast leg of lamb with a red wine and redcurrant sauce
Toasted spaghetti with parsley, olive oil, chilli, garlic and cherry tomatoes (v)
Chargrilled sirloin steak, cut from extra mature British beef in a red wine, mixed
herb, garlic and tomato sauce ( £2.50 supplement )
Smoked haddock on a bed of horseradish mash with a soft poached egg and mustard veloute
Grilled cornfed chicken breast with fondant potatoes and an oyster and porcini mushroom sauce
Grilled citrus marinated tuna steak with a mint and coriander couscous
Herb pastry filled with a tuscan vegetable ragout topped with chargrilled
aubergine glazed with pesto and brie (v)
The steak, chicken and fish dishes can be simply grilled if preferred
